Blacksburg Public Meeting

 concerning an application to be submitted to the South Carolina Department of Commerce, Grants Administration, on or about September 15, 2025, for a Community Development Block Grant.  The Town of Blacksburg is requesting $851,952 CDBG funds to carry out the following activities.
